L. Phyllis Beatles received her collegiate education in music at Spelman College in Atlanta, extended studies in church music at the Interdenominational Theological Seminary-Gammon. She has served as a minister of music and church musician for several churches in the Atlanta area for over forty years. Upon resigning from the banking industry after 22 years as a trainer, she decided to teach piano as her full time ministry.
She is the owner and sole instructor of RPM Beatles Music Studio. Phyllis began teaching piano at the age of ten to the children in her neighborhood and has now been teaching for over fifty years. She devotes her time and energy to the growth and development of young people, offering them first class quality music instruction. Her commitment is to the children, youth and senior citizens. For the past 22 years she has been presenting her students in recitals, where they share their talents with the community.
Phyllis is the mother of two adult daughters, a member of Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral and resides in College Park, Georgia.
